George Carlin said: “You are all diseased”

            And he’s right! I’m sick and tired. No, no I’m not ill or sad. It’s a mind and spirit kind of thing. People all around me are always talking about The Crisis. Caps are deliberate, as it seems to have gained life of its own accord and by so I feel the need for it to have a name. And this is just the thing that makes me sick. How can something that doesn’t exist have a name? I can’t really understand it, can’t make sense of it, I can’t even accept the concept and thus… it makes me sick.

            I know, how can I say that it does not exist when all around us we feel the pressure of it?  How can I even doubt its existence when the suffering it brings it’s almost palpable? I must be mad. Or maybe I’m not. We’ll see.

            Recently I read an article about the ruling class all over the world being a group of highly functional sociopaths and highly adaptive criminal masterminds. The Crisis as it exists was created by that class, by that small number of people to control all other human beings, all the resources of the entire planet and to create fear. And, as a master plan, the supreme creation of an entire race of super-criminals, that nobody can see or touch, it works perfectly. So as long as the innocent and naïve people do as they should (shut up and take it up the rear end) it will work. And fear in the heart is control on the mind. The Crisis was created by a false sense of scarcity, propagated by the mass-media all over the world. They control us with Weapons of Mass Distraction, with reports on wars on corners of the world where nothing grows except the oil rates as oil production decreases. They control us at work by creating false job scarcity (automation is not a threat to job creation so as long as all people are involved in creating those automatons and not a well-educated few). They control us mainly because we let them! We have to gain control again and this is as easy as to control the fear in our hearts and by putting our minds to work.

Information is available for us from sources other than TV News, newspapers and the like. Internet is the answer from that source of control. It is not possible to control everyone that is online right now. Imagine if we shared our connections with people that don’t have one. I use a shared connection. You should too.

           Capitalism and free-market trading are the real threat to job creation as they originate alienation from your work. Working is the healthiest activity in the world and it’s considered, by most people, as an obligation. It is because most people can’t afford the goods they produce. We feel like empty vessels, paid slaves that we are. If you can, you should always leave work and join a protest somewhere. Every strike, every holyday, every weekend and day off should be enjoyed by you, with your loved ones. Never go to work if you can avoid it!

The last and possibly, most polemical thing I have to say it’s: STOP MAKING BABIES! They are the most bidding contract you can take. As your love for your child grows so does the need to give him everything you did not have. And this is counted upon by the ruling class. It’s been getting harder and harder to get the most basic things in life. Food and water are poisoned (by who I wonder…), housing is too expensive and does not have any kind of quality or endurance and even clothing and shoes are getting more and more “destructible” instead of the other way around. And as replacements are needed and houses are torn apart by any kind of bad weather so they call upon the slave race to reconstruct.

And we do, like the good slaves we are. And so we never end the need for newer stuff that the ruling class sells at ever increasing prices. Are you seeing the big picture here? They create scarcity and scarcity breeds new slaves every year, everyday. If birth rates dropped 10% all around the world where would the unemployment be? Near zero! Yes, 0! No one would have to live in fear of losing their jobs!

            You can say that there is no hope. You can say that there’s no way out. But there is a way out. Our final hope is information. We live in a world where people can share experiences and knowledge like never before. Internet, Smartphone, high speed broadband connections and all the other stuff we use to communicate. “They” can’t control all of it. If it was possible our collaboration would be needed for it to work. So don’t! Share all you know, with everyone you can. Try and make your friends interested and pass the knowledge to them. Pass to your family and to everyone that will listen. Use that knowledge on school works, in your workplace (use the bulletin board there, with an anonymous letter). You can even shout it out of your window if you want. Just inform yourself, arm yourself and others with information because there’s a battle coming. A battle that we, if informed, have already won.

They can’t win if we stand together!

Hoje li num site qualquer na Net, um artigo relacionado com trabalho. Sobre aumentar a nossa própria formação, melhorarmos a nossa performance, basicamente o que podemos fazer para nos tornarmos indispensáveis dentro de uma empresa de modo a garantirmos uma “plataforma segura” a nível de carreira. Pontos para o artigo, apesar de algumas gralhas ortográficas.

                Como diria “Jack, o Estripador” – “vamos por partes”:

                No artigo em questão é dito que a taxa da alfabetização em Portugal, de há 20 anos para cá, tem vindo a aumentar, assim como a oferta de pessoas com qualificações de ensino superior. Correcto. Concordo plenamente. Mas em muitos países isso já acontece há 50 ou 100 anos, sendo que os sistemas funcionam melhor, seja a nível de qualidade de ensino, seja a nível de igualdade de ofertas entre as classes sociais.      Eu, por exemplo, encontro-me na percentagem de pessoas que não pôde frequentar o ensino superior por motivos que vão desde os financeiros, até ao simples escolher de uma área onde, ao arriscar um investimento dessa envergadura, a nível de tempo e de capital, fizesse “render o peixe”. Porque o que neste país não falta é pessoas com qualificação superior a desempenhar funções que um chimpanzé bem treinado poderia realizar, em situação precária de trabalho (recibos verdes por exemplo e até pior, como estando até a trabalhar de forma ilegal), ou pura e simplesmente, desempregados.

                No mesmo artigo é referido também que cada vez há mais oferta de estabelecimentos que oferecem diplomas a esse nível. A utilização da palavra “oferecer” nesta frase, com o custo das propinas como está, parece-me, na melhor das hipóteses, troça, uma piada de mau gosto. Ao escrever, tendo uma pessoa qualificações ditas superiores, há que reflectir antes de passar certas opiniões ao “papel”. E daí, talvez eu esteja a ser picuinhas. Adiante. É uma realidade que isso acontece sim, também concordo. Mas também é verdade que um diploma não é sinal de sabedoria e que ao contrário do que o ditado popular adianta, “um burro carregado de livros não é um Doutor”!

O diploma não substitui uma análise cuidada a todos os candidatos a qualquer cargo, dado que, por muitas vezes, certas pessoas são auto-didactas, odeiam sistemas de ensino e muitas vezes, preferem o rumo do “aprender, fazendo” em vez do método “papagaio” onde só se aprende aquilo que já alguém antes sabia, sem espaço para inspiração pessoal, criatividade, ou pensamento livre. Se nunca ninguém usasse da sua criatividade ainda estaríamos na Idade de Pedra.

Haver esta oferta toda também não implica que seja mais fácil a uma empresa escolher alguém qualificado para um dado cargo. Entre “cunhas”, favores a pagar e a fornecer, má gestão nos Departamentos de Recursos Humanos, entre outras “falhas”, os melhores candidatos passam, literalmente, despercebidos, independentemente das suas qualificações.

Mas o que me inquieta mesmo no artigo é o chamar à abordagem sindical, fútil, infrutífera e simplista.  Isto parece-me a mim, discurso de “salazarismo”, onde qualquer forma de luta por união de força laboral num objectivo comum é considerada “fútil”. Se assim fosse, a Revolução de 25 de Abril perderia todo o valor, assim como todas as lutas anteriores e posteriores. Mas mais adiante no mesmo artigo fala-se da indispensabilidade do “trabalho de equipa”. O que é um sindicato se não uma equipa a trabalhar para uma melhoria das condições de trabalho? Ou iremos presumir que todas as empresas trabalham dentro do rigor e da seriedade? E sendo esta resposta óbvia, não será “simplista” pensar que, no mundo corporativo, tudo acontece na boa moral, nos bons costumes e na boa-fé?

Os sindicatos são uma barreira à falta de rigor das entidades patronais, das empresas que funcionam sem qualquer respeito pelos colaboradores e até, concordando eu aqui com o autor do artigo, de “passar o amendoim por marisco”, que é o mesmo que dizer, que os sindicatos defendem toda a gente, seja bom ou seja mau trabalhador. Num mundo utópico, nem isto aconteceria nem as “cunhas”.

A meu ver, quase todo o artigo é “infrutífero”, dado que os argumentos apresentados são inconsistentes. Revelam um nível de parcialidade “simplista”, indicador de uma visão utópica e profundamente “fútil”.

Se a ingenuidade pagasse impostos não havia crise.
